Sentes Clothing Return Policy

At ssentess, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read the return policy below:

  1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any clothing items.

  2. Return Conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • Items must be in original packaging (if applicable).

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please email us at ssentess8@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
    • We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the items.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  4. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is incorrect.

  5. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a resolution.
